Nicole Robbins is an experienced trial attorney practicing in the areas of personal injury, family law, and crime victim representation. She opened her own practice in 2011, to provide individualized legal services that focus on the client. Nicole’s legal career began as a Deputy District Attorney at the Multnomah County District Attorney’s office. As a prosecutor, she litigated hundreds of cases. In addition, she was cross-designated as a Special Assistant United States Attorney and prosecuted cases in federal court. Nicole left the District Attorney’s office in 2008 and continued her passion for serving victims by working as an associate with a civil law firm specializing in victim representation. In civil practice, she handles complex cases against insurance companies, the State of Oregon, nursing homes, and others by representing clients who were the victims of child abuse, elder abuse, sexual abuse, and wrongful death arising from abuse or neglect.
Nicole is admitted to practice in all Oregon state and federal courts. She is a member of the Oregon State Bar, Board of Bar Examiners and Clackamas County Bar associations. She is also a member of the Oregon Women Lawyers (OWLS) and the Family Law Section of the Oregon State Bar. Nicole has worked in community outreach as a volunteer with the Portland Women’s Crisis Line and as a community prosecutor for the district attorney’s office. In addition, she assisted in the development of the Oregon Crime Victims Law Center, which is a non-profit organization that advocates on behalf of crime victims in criminal cases.
